International Colloquium: The Relevance of Friedrich W. J. Schelling’s Thought Today – Celebrating 250 Years Since His Birth

Organized by: Faculty of Philosophy and Letters, National University of Cuyo (Mendoza, Argentina) and Diego Portales University (Santiago, Chile)

To commemorate the 250th anniversary of Friedrich Wilhelm Joseph Schelling’s birth, an International Colloquium: “The Relevance of Schelling’s Thought Today” will take place in Mendoza, Argentina (October 21–22), and Santiago, Chile (October 24).

This event aims to critically engage with the enduring relevance of Schelling’s philosophy, exploring how his ideas resonate with and inform contemporary debates. The colloquium will focus on three main thematic areas: Nature, Freedom and Time.
